Shipping policy

All packages leaving Pico Jewelry in New York City are shipped via FedEx insured.

All orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of the purchase date for in stock items. If a custom order is placed, we will speak with you personally about the shipping date as production times vary. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. If you need to place an urgent order, please contact us and we will gladly assist you as best as we can.

We DO ship for Saturday delivery for a delivery fee.

Please note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season.
Pico will provide you with the tracking number once order is placed.

For international orders, prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes ("VAT"), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Pico Jewelry is not responsible for these fees and/or delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.
