Refund policy

We at Pico want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. 

We will only accept returns and refunds on in stock unused and unaltered merchandise. Items you wish to return after those terms will receive store credit.

If your return is accepted, you must ship back item in same condition and original packaging as sent to buyer. All box(es), documentation, paper(s), and/or certificate(s) that accompany the item must be returned as well. Items purchased online or over the phone may be returned to our New York shop. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All lab-grown diamond loose and finished jewelry sales are final. All custom orders and items altered (ex. sizing or engraving) are final sale.  In any case you are not happy with your custom order, we will try our best to alter the item to make it just right. Please note, we do make exceptions  on case to case basis. Our top priority is to make sure you are happy with your purchase and that you enjoy wearing your new piece!
